It’s As Easy As 1-2-3!

Thank you so much for your interest in Heaven Sent.  Getting started with us is as easy as 1-2-3!  Take a look at the steps below and let us know if you have any questions.

 

  1. Contact Us. The first step in the process is to contact us so we can figure out if we’re the best fit for your location and service needs. 
     

  2. Create Your Account & Set-up Online Profile.  We’ll send you an invite for our online scheduling system. This is how we keep all our info for your home, your pets, your schedule and your invoices/payments.   Now we know, nobody really likes to fill out forms, but this information is ESSENTIAL--- it’s what we need to ensure the best possible care for your pets.
     

  3. Free In-Home Consultation. Once you complete Step #2, you can schedule your FREE In-Home Consultation when we will come to your home to meet you and your pet(s)!    At this meeting, we will:

    • ​finalize your profile and schedule

    • answer any additional questions you may have

    • pick up & test your keys:  three (3) sets (please copy & test keys prior to our arrival)

    • do a “test walk” if you have a dog

 

That’s It!  Now you can start scheduling pet care

 

How Long Does The Whole Setup Process Take?  

Generally, it takes 4-5 business days to get everything set up and ready to go for you to start your first day of service with us---it depends on how quickly you complete profile, and your availability for the In-Home Consultation.
